We walked here after Bourbon and Beyond for a late night dinner. They are open 24 hours a day. Megan provided excellent service! I ordered the sirloin steak rare with broccoli and upgraded to a salad for $1.29 more. The steak was surprisingly tasty and cooked perfectly. It even came with a side of grilled onions. Came in last week it was packed out the door but Megan still greeted us with a smile and made us feel like we were the only people in the place, my best friend is getting married and she took time(though so busy) to ask questions and tell my friend how beautiful her dress was. The manager checked us out and still made time to ask us how everything was and help us through the reward program Megan had us sign up for so we could get our yummy nachos free!! Denny's Restaurant offers great customer service skills. The staff are attentive, kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. They listen and make sure needs are met quickly and efficiently. Service can be slow sometimes, but food is tasty. The menu includes pancakes, classic burger and fries, and cinnamon roll pancakes. Try the cinnamon roll pancakes. The restroom is clean and not out of order. The servers have a positive attitude and are quick and efficient. One server was stellar, keeping drinks full and food hot. Food hit the table quick and hot, just like ordered. The service was excellent and truly appreciated. The staff handled a complaint so professionally, keeping the experience smooth.
