Order pizza from there ,picked it up and when we got home we proceeded to eat and the pizza was not cooked throughly and the crust was hard,when I called and told the manager he said impossible didn't ask me to bring it back or nothing instead he was very rude, and cussed and got smart this is the papa johns on Floyd street in Louisville ky, U OF L campus, and then trying to deal with corporate has been a nightmare I've been lied to ,cussed, disrespected, and treated very bad
Waited at the pick up window for almost 10 minutes as every employee walked by but no one checked on me. I finally drove around and went in for them to barely apologize and tell me that the window is usually only for late night pick ups. I have never come inside to pick up. Absolutely ridiculous response and there is no signage to use the drive thru window only at certain times. All 4 employees did not care, were all on their phones, and the pizza wasn't even cut through once...read full review

This has got to be the worst Papa John's I've I ordered a large specialty pizza they sent me a large cheese and they have refused to answer the phone and email or anything about the issue. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because obviously the people working here are inept.
