This has got to be the worst Papa John's I've I ordered a large specialty pizza they sent me a large cheese and they have refused to answer the phone and email or anything about the issue. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because obviously the people working here are inept.

Order pizza from there ,picked it up and when we got home we proceeded to eat and the pizza was not cooked throughly and the crust was hard,when I called and told the manager he said impossible didn't ask me to bring it back or nothing instead he was very rude, and cussed and got smart this is the papa johns on Floyd street in Louisville ky, U OF L campus, and then trying to deal with corporate has been a nightmare I've been lied to ,cussed, disrespected, and treated very bad

Waited at the pick up window for almost 10 minutes as every employee walked by but no one checked on me. I finally drove around and went in for them to barely apologize and tell me that the window is usually only for late night pick ups. I have never come inside to pick up. Absolutely ridiculous response and there is no signage to use the drive thru window only at certain times. All 4 employees did not care, were all on their phones, and the pizza wasn't even cut through once we opened the box at home. Terrible customer service.

Delivery was horrible driver was rude parked across the street and told me to come get the pizza from him didn't even deliver it too me then proceeded to hand me a cold pizza that was completely squished to one side of the box he proceeded to laugh as I looked at it great job papa johns you will definitely not be receiving business from me.?????️

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It was 20 minutes late and incorrect. I called in and they said they would send a new order. It has not arrived and is over 20 minutes late as well.Vegetarian options: I ordered a cheese pizza and they sent me pepperoni.

When the deliver had came to drop off our food he was looking raggedy and was doing all up in his pants and had also had a dog in the car all over our food. We had called the place papa Johns for the problem and they said they didn’t have a 1800 and proceeded to hang up the phone

Pizza was delivered in a timely manner the downside it was burnt and not even the garlic sauce helped with the burnt taste. It was 5 delivery fee plus tip so not worth it

I ordered my pizza online for in-store pick up. The pizza was exactly as requested.However, once I arrive to the store, there were only three employees. Two of them were on their phones away from the counter, and the other was in the back preparing pizza and boxes. After standing there unacknowledged for about a minute, I finally said “hello?“ No one looked up or said anything. Not only was it disrespectful, but it felt kind of creepy. Finally, after trying to get their attention again, the employee in the back preparing pizzas walked over to me to give me my food.This is the closest Papa John’s to my house, but I’m going to get food elsewhere.
