There's another review for this restaurant but it's for the other Dixie Chicken on dixie. This one right here, on w oak, is great. It's my spouse and I's go to when we want fried chicken, sauced or not. And their wedges are fire. The other one has some mid and some good stuff too. Neither one has truly good sides that I've ever had.

I remember back in the day when Sam and his brothers grinding with the restaurant. The food was always good and the service was excellent. Now about 10yrs later the food has fallen off. The staff is still nice and friendly but the food is just blah. They have cheap menu options but i would rather go to indies or chicken king or sit in the forever long line at Kings Chicken. But if im hungry and in a crunch for time ill grab a bite here like a fish sandwich or porkchop sandwich

first time i went here with my parents, we didn’t know what to expect. i got the chicken & it was BUSSIN. it was seasoned well, it was juicy & crispy and me n family LOVED IT!! the only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because i didn’t like the Mac n Cheese (i expected more) and the 2nd time i went there the chicken wasn’t as good as the first time i had it. STILL GOOD THO!! DON’T LISTEN TO THE CRITICS!!! TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!!
