Wonderful experience every time I eat at Louisville Smokers. The Pit Master Chills attention to detail and Authentic smoke flavored and perfectly seasoned Meats are the best in Louisville KY. I highly recommend this place
I originally ordered the half slab of ribs. They were apparently out. I ended up with the rib tips. I was ready to be upset. I had no need to be. The rib tips were fat and meaty. You get a lot in an order. So much in fact I can't finish it in one sitting. These tips are going to be my dinner tonight. For my sides I wanted mac and cheese and baked beans. I got the mac and cheese and collard greens. I normally don't eat people's collard greens because everybody doesn't clean them...read full review
Chef Bama was very welcoming and hospitable, It was our first time at his establishment and we got the wings, beef frank sandwich, brisket/cold slaw sandwich, Mac and cheese, rice and beans, greens, potato salad, red velvet cake and key lime pie.
