This is some of the best barbecue. It is a takeaway place with no place to sit and eat. Yet, who cares if you're eating in your car if you're eating me this tender. The proprietor is so affable and a true artisan of the culinary arts. His smokers set up is beyond impressive.

We drive up from Ft. Knox for these rib tips. I wish the hours were better but I do what I have to because they are so good.
I pass this place everyday and the smell is why I stopped. The rib tips are delicious and it's priced fair, the service is good considering how busy they are it's expected props to the ladies at the counter. If you're hungry put your money on an order of tips you won't be

Wish my rib tips were good. I ask that my rib tips not be burnt. The worker told me the rib tips aren't burnt. I was given burnt ones at the very bottom. The rib tips seemed old like it's been sitting in a fridge for a week or so. Some of the meat was tough to chew. I really wanted some good rib tips, sadly louisville smokers rib tips aren't!
