Doc Crow's has become a go to when in Louisville. This trip didn't disappoint. After a few dozen fresh raw oysters and fried Green tomatoes for appetizers. A few of us got the fish & chips they were delicious. One had the Shrimp and Grits. See you next time
Great food, great service, overall experience was amazing. Staff was so kind and even helped us with giving recommendations for other dining experiences. Def recommend to go and have some great BBQ The Wings are the best. it's a must have.
We had a late booking (9pm) as it was the only time available and we ate a full dinner. The food was delicious and the service very good. Our server, Danielle was extremely helpful and friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Doc Crow's for a tasty dinner and a great selection of whiskeys, bourbons and ryes.
Derby pie was perfect desert. Loaded back potatoe with brisket was delicious brisket had nice smoke taste. Very filling for a meal. Vegan burger was good flavor but lacked a crispness so it ate soft. Doc chips should be bagged and sold in stores.
We ordered an order of wings and shrimp and grits. Plenty of food for two. Delicious. The margarita was the perfect pairing. Great service. Can't wait to re-visit.
Brisket and pulled pork were delicious. Those having pork ribs complained of dryness and toughness. Sides were all very good. Not as good as past visits.
Great spot to eat and drink. Service was great, food was fantastic, and they have every drink you can imagine. Fun atmosphere and great prices.
This was a hidden gem for brunch! We have been many times for dinner, but never for their breakfast menu. You have to specify breakfast because you are seated in a different area for breakfast vs. lunch. We wanted breakfast Easter Sunday, so we were seated quickly, service was quick and outstanding. The food was great, and lots of options. We really really loved breakfast here! And they take reservations which is always difficult to find for breakfast!
Very average experience. Food was okay, except mashed potatoes were served with no seasoning at all. Dirty plates from appetizers never cleared from our overfilled table. Staff didn't seem to have time or desire to fill water glasses or provide basic service. Started well, with good recommendations made by staff on cocktails and dinner selections. Food just didn't live up to what we expected. Left filling disappointed, for ourselves and for the restaurant.
Overall, it was a great experience, but we were a large party and they did tuck us back in the back corner

We had a birthday dinner with 17 people 3/15/25! The waiter was awesome and the food and atmosphere was fabulous! We ate breakfast the next day at Doc Crow’s 3/16/25 it was delicious!
Best chicken sandwich ever. We were in town for a football game on an extended weekend and we liked this place so much we went back the next day for dinner. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot.

I came there with a group. We order starters and all are food. It all came together. Then they forgot my plate of food. For at least 10 minutes. Then I received it. Everyone's food was not warm, but a little cold. I wish it would have been hotter than it was. But service was amazing.
Dietary restrictions: They don't not have any gluten free options. Wish there was.

I come here yearly for a week long conference and we always eat at this place. They have a fire place mantle with old paint on which they store the full water pitchers. Last year I mentioned to the waitress that there was an open obvious line where the pitchers were scraping off the paint on the fireplace mantle. We could see small flakes in our water. I came back this year and they were still using the same mantle to store pitchers. This paint could very well be lead based considering the age of the building.
