We had curbside pick up. We took advantage of the 9.99 any size/any toppings. We ordered 3 pizzas. The only thing is the extra cheese was missing. The pizza pan pizzas were delicious. The thin crust I will not order again. I normally do not order Domino's, but will moving forward

Why is this location even open? Order online at 7, at 8 nothing and when I called they said 1 hour more. This chain needs to shut down because if this is customer service I'm amazed.

It’s been 2 hours and my order has still been on prep on the tracker, I’ve called several times and no answer, as soon as I got an answer they hung up smh

The employee who is serving the public has a very bad way of treating people. First he told me that my order would take 30 minutes and then when I returned after 30 minutes he told me in a bad way that there were still 15 minutes left and that I was wrong. Very bad service on Preston Hwy.

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread. The wait said 43-53 minutes. An hour goes by nothing changes. Drive up there and stand at counter for 5 minutes 3 people don't come to the counter. Some guy hollers haven't started carry out orders yet. Go to the car and 10 minutes later it hits the oven according to my email. Get my order at this point 90 minutes later after order. Got home and the order is wrong. Don't order from here and I will never come here again.

Last night I ordered two pizzas and a diet coke. The pizzas arrived, the coke did not. OrdinariIy, I wouldn't make a big deal about this, but when I called the store, instead of fixing my account or giving me credit, the employee told me they would send the coke out. I hate being lied to. It was a stupid lie, now it's cost them a customer and a review. It's a shame, the pizza was good.

Terrible service, the pizza was covered in oil and the worker treated us with a terrible attitude, when we returned to pick up the pizza he threw it on the counter and left.

I ordered a pizza at 6PM tonight in the app, said 30-35 minutes for pick up. I get here at 6:20 and the extra rude big kid with a smart mouth told me they hadn’t even started making it yet. I said what’s up, it says it’s being made for almost 15 minutes on the app. He again said, we haven’t made it yet. I said well I would like to cancel. He violent smacks a few buttons in the screen and said its cancelled, have a good night. I said how does the process work on getting my money back, you guys already charged me. With a smirk on his face, he said 5 days, have a good night. This kid will keep me from coming to this location again, very rude and 0 customer care. I was in the restaurant bizz for over 24 years and this kid wouldve NEVER talked to our customers like he talked to me.
