The delivery driver’s rule the manager was rude and nasty. He refused to give the phone to the manager and try to finesse me for my change. Bad customer service all the way around.

Wife had ordered Domino's a week ago just one pizza cheese sticks and a drink the drink was almost half sipped on smelled really bad like cigarette smoke and called twice to figure something out so far nothing has happened I have not got credited back I have not got a phone call or anything and it's been a week... And it's funny because now when we try to order they say they're not allowed to deliver to our address!? Like who does that??? I understand stuff happens but not like that that's ridiculous...

I had bad experience to day my pizza was ready but it took them 20 minutes to give it to me and I was inside waiting for it and no one helped me and it was already cold I’ll never go back there

I ordered my pizzas online and I picked it up. After I waited for over hour including the time I waited before I came. It was ridiculous. The girl checking everyone out had no clue. She had no idea what she was doing. Which caused chaos. She needed to be making boxes up. Only good thing was the pizza was hot and good

I'm so pissed at your store on Preston Hwy in Louisville in Kentucky!!! Ordered at 8:15. Nothing happening on the tracker. Called at 9 to be told that it would be almost 10 before getting my order? Ask If I would cancel. I say I guess but not done with what I needed to say and they hung up on me!!! I was not asked if there was anything else or even an apology or good bye!!! RUDE!!!! Seriously? Never again. I will be telli EVERYONE about this! EVERYONE!!! Papa John's got my order here in 20 minutes
