You can tell this was made in a rush. Pieces thrown around. Looks like it’s been dumped in water from how greasy it is. It’s Not cooked all the way and neither was my garlic knots. This happens multiple times at the location where the food is not what it should or could be. Waste of $30 to not even want to eat a bite. Only option is to get a free pizza again I guess.. I don’t want another pizza. I want my money back.

They delivered the wrong order and when I called I was informed that the Manger was to busy to take a call all they could do was either give me a free pizza next order or I could just come and get the right pizza now. ?

They cancelled my order just because it was 15 minutes they closed and I’m a really frecuente customer. This is so frustrating and disappointing from Domino’s pizza to hace their customer not trained on the right way where they say on their ads.

Ordered a custom pizza, and the "new" cheesy bread stuffed with pepperoni. Bread is mainly just that, bread, hardly any cheese and maybe 2 pepperoni, don't waste the $8 for this. The pizza wasn't what I ordered. It was someone else's pizza. I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over a half hour. The actual Domino's phone number doesn't even go to the store it goes to a call center first. The call center cannot help you only the store level can, IF they answer the phone.Update: waited an hour to speak to the store. Pizza was given to someone else, and that person got mine. Now, back out into the cold to pick up the pizza I originally ordered.

Ordered a pizza at 8:15 and never got it at 11:15 still no pizza I was going to pay in cash and I'm glad I chose cash or I would be highly upset that I paid for a pizza and never received it, if you don't have enough delivery drivers call the customer and freaking tell them so they're not waiting all night for their food thanks sincerely upset customer that never got her pizza ?

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the correct order delivered from this Domino’s in under an hour. We’ve had completely incorrect orders delivered hours later, we’ve had orders missing items, and we’ve had drivers not follow delivery instructions.I’m currently waiting on an order I placed two hours ago. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes with nobody answering the phone. According to their online pizza tracker, my pizza has been out of the oven for 15 minutes, and it still isn’t on its way here.Edit/update: I finally received my order, 2 hours and 20 minutes after it was placed. It was missing a marinara sauce which cost $1.54. I had ordered a pizza that was supposed to be half cheese. Instead, I got a pizza with toppings covering the entire pizza.Using the Domino’s website, I was able to report these issues, and I received rewards points that are supposedly worth one free pizza, redeemable for up to 30 days. That’s right, in order for them to “make things right,” I’ll have to place another order from Domino’s sometime this month. I can’t wait to experience this all again…
