My food was never delivered. I called, they said to cancel the order. I couldn’t, so I called again, they said they could make it in 20 minutes. Waited another hour, I called again, the manager I had talked to said yeah, I should’ve called you and let you know I couldn’t make it. Uh yeah, you think?? All the people I talked to were nice and I know that stuff happens but this is just a severe disregard for a human being, period. As someone who’s also worked in the food service industry, this is just pathetic.

First of all when I walked in the store completely nasty and disgusting, I’m surprised the health department have not shut this location yet!! Second of all I was standing at the cashier register for 10 min just to pickup my food that’s been ready for 30 minutes and all of them were just walking and talking and not even helping me until I said something. Third of all tell me why the pizza had hair inside while I was eating!!!! Omg omg this location is wild.

The food is always great, but for the last month or so, delivery has been insanely slow. Sometimes I never get my delivery at all. This particular location has always been fast, but it's now completely different. On the plus side, the drivers are always super nice.

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great but the last few times we’ve ordered the app will give me a pick up time my husband will show up and it hasn’t been made. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of the employees will acknowledge him and tell him it’ll be another 20-30 minutes before it’s ready. I understand if it’s busy but if when we come to pickup and all the employees are standing around chit chatting and having a great time instead of working and that’s the reason my foods not made that’s bad service.

if you're looking for the worst dominos you found it 🤡 So this place lies and tell you that you're order will be ready for pick up at a certain time and when you get there it's an additional 20-40 for your order and these has happened to other customers, do not order from this place is terrible service 🗑️ check the other 1 star reviews and see some worst experiences
Order for delivery it takes 2 hours. Order for pick up it takes hour and a half. Ridiculous. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and nothing ever changes. Order is always wrong no matter if I order thru the week or on the weekend and never do anything to make it right. Guess I will find a new location.

This store is very unprofessional and the manager Eric and his staff were very rude and disrespectful and did not make my food correct at all and there delivery driver threw my food at the door and they don’t even seal your food up they just give it to the diver as is and they can just open your food or anything. And it was also very cold and not even what I ordered and it looks like someone might have spit in my food. And my box was all beat up and everythin
