I had the WORST service that I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE! I can understand being busy, but this was ridiculous. No one greeted us at our table for several minutes. Our drinks came out about a minute before the food. My daughter and I shared a meal and a sushi roll, my husband had a hamburger. The staff brought one plate for my daughter and I to eat off of, never brought our sushi or refilled the drinks. We had an excellent experience at drakes. our server was excellent. Olivia was sweet and helpful and just over all a very good server. she is an asset to the restaurant. we had the chicken sandwich, the fish tacos and the Buffalo mac and cheese. it was served quickly and was very good. we finished it off with a cookie and ice cream. it was all so good. such a good meal, we will absolutely be back. highly recommend this place.
Our service was terrible. The waitress did not submit our entire order. Was told this by the person who brought our food out that was out it. It took the entire time the rest of us ate to get the other order out. No food was comped and was told several times the manager would come see us which never occurred. Will go the the other Drakes’s which have much better service
