Customer service was super awesome! Order was incorrect but they fixed it for me! Thank you so much!!
My favorite thing about this store is Mar. Every time I come in, he's happy and friendly. He always gives great customer service, and I just wanted to make sure that someone knew!
Angelo provided absolutely amazing service at Qdoba! He was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in providing great service. The food was fresh and delicious, and Angelo made the whole experience even better. Qdoba is lucky to have someone like him on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

QDOBA Mexican Eats serves decent food with a great selection, including large burritos and grilled chicken that's good most of the time. The restaurant is clean and inviting, making it a great place for healthy eating. Options like the protein bowl are Weight Watchers-friendly, although the shrimp portion may be small. Customers have enjoyed dishes such as create your own salad with cilantro lime shrimp, grilled veggies, and mango salsa. However, some locations may still have cleanliness and management issues, and the music volume can be a problem. While many find the service to be fast and friendly, there have been instances where staff got overwhelmed with the number of customers, leading to some confusion with orders. Overall, the Hurstborne Parkway location stands out as a terrific spot with wonderful people, and many customers return weekly.
