Not sure if this is for the Hurstborne location but that location specifically has fallen into below-average. We were there a few days ago and it just looked dirty, tables, floors, didn't seem to have management present at least that we good see. The music was way to loud, and yes we are under 40, selection great, volume no. The kid serving us was wonderful and attentive. As a GM, I would maybe take a deeper look at your eatery.

Decent food here your typical burritos and tacos the grilled chicken is good most of the time a little dry at times but they make the burritos pretty big so overall good

I honestly wouldn't mind the mediocre meal I just got, but the girl working was petty about giving me a few chips on the side when I picked up my online order & so here we are.I just asked for a few chips on the side to go with my bowl (no dip or anything) & the first woman was about to do it until another woman stepped in & told me I'd have to pay $2. I ordered & tipped online so I'd rather just pay the 50 cent difference & had my tip go towards the chips since she wanted to be petty about 10 tortilla chips ?My rice is undercooked & hard, the fajita veggies are just raw sliced peppers & they didn't give me my sour cream on the side. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Am on Weight watchers and had the protein bowl. Next time I'll get chicken because there was I think 5 small shrimp but it was good and filling.Dietary restrictions: Ww friendly

I’ve gone here five times in a row and there have not been any fajitas prepared each time. I live close by so I go here very often and there has been several times there’s not fajitas but this time marks five in a row. Please take it off the menu if you’re never gonna have it prepared For your guests.

Had my wife go get dinner from here. Really should have known better from all my past experiences at this specific location... anyways they charge her for two orders of queso when she ordered one. My burrito was stale and my chicken has a half cooked texture. She waited in line 25 minutes when there were only 5-6 people in line. Qdoba is good but this location seems to never be able to put it all together unfortunately

......... well I'm out. Ok so... I always ask for a piece of foil to be put into the bowl before any of the food (so it's not sticking to the cardboard container -I'm allergic) just press the foil down with another bowl and viola slap them juicy queso bowl toppings in there!!! The younger gentleman didn't know what I meant I was going to explain but the very tall guy came over no hand washing no gloves on and takes the foil from him and just goes& to town putting it into the bowl and pressing it all down into the bowl.... After watching him as I was coming into the building touching on varied things behind the counter and handling other customers money etc.. I'm uncomfortable. Then he puts his hand inside the chip bag to open it up. I cannot. Fingernails need a good scraping etc.

Very welcoming atmosphere upon entrance. The food was very flavorful and beyond satisfactory and it was quite a clean environment. Definitely will be making a return!

Great service, our food was made quickly & correctly. We go to various qdobas frequently, staff here is always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is always clean and inviting.

They don’t close till 9, they would cook up more peppers at 6pm, rude staff, tables were dirty, chips were stale. Go to the one by Trader Joe’s if you can.
