Dunkin' Donuts in Louisville

“Even though this is a chain, the staff makes it feel like a local shop. Once I learned my perfect latte combo (2 butter pecan 1 caramel) this dunkin' became my go to. There are always conventions and events downtown but I have witnessed the staff have a line out the door cleared in minutes. I mostly use the app so I can run in and out so it's convenient and parking is always available for this reason.

“Went this morning, ordered 2 coffees, and 1/2 dozen donuts. Get to the window, they only had one coffee and the donuts, I told them I should have 2, they checked into it, fixed the problem no complaining or arguing about it, and didn't even ask me to pull forward like every other restaurant does. They handled the issue with respect and thoughtfulness. I absolutely love this location above all the others I've visited! Great job, and thank you for being people before business!“

“Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. “I didn't know they were just a drive thru. Nothing wrong, I just like to go in and have coffee and donut. The menu seemed a bit short of selections, but donuts were good. Ordered the breakfast sandwiches, one sausage and side of bacon..bacon good but didn't know it was spiced a little to hot but cooked perfect. Service was good, food ok, atmosphere,not for me.“
