My husband and I ate here for our first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, we tried spring rolls, egg rolls, squid tentacles, shaking beef , and a steamed catfish dish it was all amazing. I wanted pho but they were out and I can see why they would run out of food there. Best place we have eaten at so far. The atmosphere was great our waitress was awesome. We will definitely be back for our next date to try pho and will recommend to everyone we know.Parking: We parked in the back lot

The best pho in the city. I had pho with beef slices and meatballs. No joke, it cured my common cold.

Coming from San Diego, CA, it is very hard to find an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. However this one was a jackpot! The broth is very rich! A lil bit stingy on the noodles but still good! The waiter wasn't really pleasant. We had to keep asking for things and he would just walk away instead of just asking what we needed so he wouldn't have to make so many rounds. Nevertheless we would be going back just because the food is that good!

Wonderfully fresh and flavorful food. The bun was possibly the best I've ever had. Really pleased to have found this little restaurant in Louisville.

Really great Vietnamese menu. Ban mi is worth it (pork and spicy tofu are our favorite) and many other great dishes. Much of the venue can be vegetarian.

I had the rice bento box with pork shrimp salad egg and rice. The only trouble with anything was the egg was fried to death and a replacement egg was fried to witin death.Other than that everything was fine. The orders on the table in the picture are $50.I'll try again another time.

Underwhelmed. To start, called twice during operating hours (but not peak times) to set up a table for 8 but no one ever answered. Was out of essential bar items. The entree was huge in amount and had fresh vegetables but was not tasty and the pork was greasy. No sauces brought to the table. Go to south L'ville for better Vietnamese.
Shaking beef and catfish were very sweet and one note. Not a lot of depth of flavour.Maybe the pho and banh mi are better. Not in a rush to return and try.

This place has probably the best Pho in Louisville. Pho Ba Luu is pretty good, but Eatz has a better broth, in my opinion. It seems more "right." They also have a nice atmosphere that feels classy, but the prices are still reasonable. The staff is friendly and the place is clean as well. A respectable selection of alcohols is also there for when you need it. Get the Tender Beef Pho!

Maybe it was the sweet and sour sauce with the fresh spring rolls, maybe someone in the kitchen snuck some soy sauce or hoisen into the pho broth, maybe it was something else, but there is gluten somewhere. It didn't help my trust level that the waiter, while competent in every way and whose talent is probably wasted as a server, looked entirely inconvenienced for demeaning himself to the job. I left most of the food on the table untouched, paid for everything I ate (and didn't eat) and I probably won't be back.

I couldn't say enough awesome things about this place! The food is absolutely delicious. I got the Pho w/ beef slices and the pork fried rice. Their pork fried rice is PHENOMENAL!! My husband got another kind of Pho, which I sampled, and it was also AMAZING! Customer service was fantastic. This place is truly a gem that everyone should try!! We will be back.

I've been seeking a local spot that serves a rich pho. Eatz was highly recommended by some friends and it lived up to the hype. A cozy and clean little spot with a full bar and a couple Tvs for Sunday morning when you need that hangover cure. Football and Pho might be my new thing. The broth was rich and flavorful, the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. Of course ask for extra jalapeños if you want to spice it up. Great experience, will return.
