love einsteins but the employees are some of the rudest customer service workers i have ever met. i hear them screaming at customers, talking bad about them in front of their face, calling them stupid, etc. it’s disgusting.

I'm a student at UofL and I think many can attest to this, it should not take an hour to be able to pick up your food. The food is great no complaints from me there but on multiple occasions I've been late to class because of how long it takes. It's not the staffs fault even, it's a cramped space that gets flooded with people and at most I've seen maybe 6 barristas at a time. Naturally they get overwhelmed and stressed which leads to constant yelling out orders and not great customer service. I just hope they get more staff to help them soon.

I LOVEEEE Einsteins so much! I eat here almost every day and get a large chai latte. The people working at Einsteins are some of the nicest and most welcoming people ever! They make me feel so welcomed and make my day even better. I usually get the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwhich which is delicious! They also have really good pizza bagels! Highly recommend!

This place has got the worst bagel and lox I’ve ever had. Genuinely could only take a few bites, the cream cheese tasted old and bland, and was not creamy at all and was water in parts and solid in others. They put tomatoes instead of red onions for some reason??? And everything just tasted like it was on the edge of its lifespan, threw it away after a couple bites.

I love this place! The orders go out quick! I have had a couple weird moments where I've ordered a cold brew and everything looked good until I took a sip and my caramel "cold brew" was hot... but it's all good, we all make mistakes sometimes. ♥
