They now take reservations in their new location! So many vegan plant-based options! The brunch is fantastic with vegan chorizo and queso in breakfast burritos. The newly offered vegan Flan is also a treat! The food is always delicious and the service fantastic.

I'm a fan of Colorado Green Chili, so this is kind of painful to write. My wife and I stopped going to this restaurant after going on a Wednesday night during their happy hour. We both enjoy their food.

I cannot tolerate dishonesty in pricing. We both ordered the burrito special, me with beef and her with chicken. When we received the bill we noticed that the add on cost for the choice of meat was significantly higher than what is on the menu. We brought this to our waitresses attention and she verified that it was intentional and normal and not stated anywhere in the happy hour menu. This type of dishonesty that has crept into restaurants should not be tolerated.

Remember to check your bill....

2 guests ordered quesadillas. One pork, one chicken. Both were soaked in grease on the plate to the point neither could eat them. I had a salad with grilled chicken and mango vinaigrette dressing. The chicken was fine, the salad was a basic spring mix from a bag with two slices of carrot, two slices of something yellow I couldn't identify by sight and had no taste. It was pretty. The "mango vinaigrette" was oil with something mixed in it like butter? There was nothing close to mango about it. The 4th person ordered a burrito and it seemed fine. Similar to El Nopal. Not worth fighting for parking in the area, then struggling to find the entrance and then going up three levels of stairs to the patio for food below a chain restaurant. The $3 happy hour beer was fine.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with recent reviews. The food is sub par compared to what is was even a year ago. The food was dry and bland and when u pay $8 for a (very small street size taco) it better be good. The fish portion was very small and dry as well.Overall it felt like the place was kinda falling apart. Only 1 of the 2 womens restrooms worked and only 1 of the 2 sinks was also not wotking. I really hope some of these reviews get El Mundo back to what they were! This city loves you guys!!

Was in town with a group for some barrel picks at the local distilleries... decided to stop in here based on the reviews, oh boy! Either the locals have zero taste or they were having a really "off" night... food couldn't have been more bland, the quesadilla's were literally soaked/dripping in Oil/Butter/Grease... basically inedible. The "salsa's" are essentially flavorless variations of large chopped tomatoes dosed in oil, or a flavorless colored water....tacos looked like salads, covered in what seemed like pre-bagged lettuce spring mix, but mainly just the stalks/ends...Lacking in freshness, flavor, and overall general quality....

This place is amazing. It’s my go to for Mexican food. I highly recommend the chicken tacos and tamales but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
