Came to El Nopal, for a surprise birthday party. They could not accommodate a previously booked room, and gave to someone else. That is very disappointing. We sat at 2 different tables. The food and margs were tasty.
I had the worst food there today I have ever had. Shell on burrito and enchilada were like chewing shoe leather. They had almost no sauce on them and were pretty much tasteless. I need to find a new place for Mexican food.
Had a great keto-friendly shrimp meal. Server and kitchen were accommodating with needed tweaks to what was offered on the menu. A request for some sliced avocado resulted in a full perfectly-ripe fruit.
