It is the best of all the Nopales that I have visited, from its food, atmosphere to the service of the guys. Very happy, I always recommend it and I will continue going there.

If you pay w/a card at this location, watch your card's transaction statement. I was overcharged & my card transaction should have never been adjusted for tip purposes because a generous "cash tip" was given for service. A "song & dance" excuse was explained by mgmt. but this wasn't my first rodeo. It was a 100% attempt at blatant theft. Chalk it up to "another GOOD customer lost!"............for life.

Had dinner here on a Friday and it was amazing. The service was ok, the server wasn’t as attentive as I am used to. The food was amazing, ordered and it was freshly made and to the table in less than seven minutes. The margaritas were delicious as well. The food was sooooo good we came back days later and food was just as great! I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially families. The carnitas chimichanga was delicious and rice and beans were perfect.

Was a great spot to meet a friend - it is loud but tasty food.
I had 2 chicken hard shell tacos and refried beans & chips. Yummy! Jesus was so nice and helpful. His professionalism was especially appreciated because I had just had a horrendous experience with the El Nopal in Westport Plaza (couldn't find it once there, and called 3 times for help but they hung up on me). Thank you Jesus at the Mall location. You know good customer service!

They serve you in parts, you have to remind them with the menu what the dish you ordered comes with.As a Mexican restaurant, you should know that Mexican food has to go with tortillas, for it to be authentic Mexican food.Pedi mole with chickenAfter 5 minutes they brought me the beans, I had to remind them.That mole with chicken that looked delicious.Due to the lack of beans and tortillas it was the most horrible mole I have ever tasted in my life.I had no desire to return.And the restaurant was empty.What a terrible service to give when they are busier.The waiters with annoying jenio

El manager de turno que está remplazando al manager real no sabe hacer su trabajo, se pelea con los clientes y cobra de más.Me llamo loca además de buscarme pleito la ves anterior que también fui.If you like this restaurant, never go on Mondays. El nopal should get rid of incompetent people. I’ve never seen a manager act the way he does… he even felt the need to tell me he had experienced doing his job… like Sr. I didn’t ask, please stop being so insecure. Go away, literally nobody enjoys your presence. The rest of the stuff are literally the best, most friendly people ever and over all very professional unlike the manager who is the opposite of professional. Embarrassing.
