Order some food was expensive and served a small portion. The shrimp salad was dry no seasoning at all. The mofongo was good at least tasted better. My son food was ok the pernil was better than the rice with gandules. Presentation of food was bad. Definitely won't be going back. If it would of have Presentation and taste good we Definitely would not mind paying what we did. Over all DEFINITELY WON'T RETURN.

Love Biftec. Rice, beans. I order for delivery at least 6 to 8 times a month. More if open during the week. Now been empty nest I rather get delivery food than cooking for me alone.Very delicious and responsive when I text them for questions or special request. ❤ ? support our people to go up.

My girlfriend has been raving about this place forever and we finally had the chance to go. This place exceeded all my expectations. Coming from a puerto rican and dominican background I knew what to expect but this was just out of this world. I literally felt like I was in my grandmother's kitchen and she was throwing down! Will definitely return. Keep up the amazing job!

Review from a Puerto Rican who can cook and wanted to give this place a chance. From walking in the door, it felt uninviting. The waitress was tending to another table, one of two other parties in the small establishment. She handed us menus and we sat down. A party of two left and she never tended to us as she did with the other table of three people. I walked to the counter to order. El sazón de Abuela se acabo (ran out). We ordered the Mofongo con Camarones, Arroz con Habichuelas con carne frita, salad, and tostones. The Mofongo had a good garlic flavor but a little too moist for my liking. Personally, I like a little crunch to the texture but seemed to be mush on the inside and out and missing chicharron. Light garlic taste on shrimp but that is about it. They didn't seem to be sautéed with any other spices or oils. The salad on both plates left much to be desired, consisting of ice berg lettuce and one slice of tomato, it needed mojo, the typical dressing on the island used for such a light salad. Tostones are hard to mess up, but these seemed to be fried just once and smashed. The insides were still a little raw. The arroz con habichuleas along with the carne frita was the biggest disappointment. The meat consisted of larger chunks that seemed un seasoned and containing more fat than actual meat. The rice seemed like boil in the bag rice and the beans were an insult to Puerto Ricans. The canned Goya habichuleas guisadas are better and more flavorful if you don't feel like making your own, which aren't that hard. These had NO SEASONING. NO SOFRITO. NO SAZÓN.
