After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a sub par small meatball sub, it comes out plain after I specifically ordered it fully involved with no mustard. Then when I go to tell them, the young lady I ordered with said "it don't come like that", I said it always has when I order it like that. 10/10 don’t recommend this location, I love firehouse subs, but never have I had a good experience at this one.

Best sub shop, no competition from any other sub shop!

Ordered pick up for 3:25pm, got there around 3:30 and still wasn’t done. The store was almost completely empty, and wasn’t busy by any means at all. Didn’t get the food until 3:55 and by the time I got home I found it was the entire wrong order.

Thanksgiving sub is absolutely disgusting. I paid $15 for a soggy and ice cold sandwich. What a waste! Please never come here

I ordered a New York steamer and I have no idea what I got but it definitely wasn't what I ordered. It had what looked like turkey, some bacon, and lettuce

I ordered 2 large subs, side pickles, a bag of chips, and a cup of Mac and cheese. Neither sub was cut and they were both insanely soggy.
I wasn't even able to eat half my sub before it fell apart completely. I would've needed a fork and knife to finish it. And then on top of that I ordered a sub that was supposed to have BBQ sauce and mayo on it. There was no BBQ but there was a large amount of mustard? It was not good. So after that catastrophe I moved on to the Mac and cheese. It tastes like a cup of microwave Mac you buy at the grocery store. So I figured at least I can enjoy the pickle. Can't mess that up right? We didn't receive our pickles at all. And when we showed up to pick up our food the girl in there was giving us dirty looks the whole time and talked to me like I was stupid when I asked for the drink I ordered. This was the worst experience I've had eating out in a really long time. Whoever was closing the store on October 4th doesn't seem to want a job and management should seriously consider letting her go.

The stores smells, like sour mop water. My sandwiches do not have the correct bread I ask for, instead they did the opposite. Disappointed,

Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Ordered the Italian and Mac and cheese with a sweet tea. All 3 items, especially the sandwich, were amazing. I would recommend it.
