The food was good but the guy that was working the counter before the young male manager got there in the afternoon was very very rude. He was on his personal phone on a call and yelled at a person doing a pick up order (maybe food delivery) because they had been waiting for over 10 minutes and they asked if the food was ready yet as they were the only person in the store waiting on food. They were not rude to the worker, they just politely asked if it was closed to being completed. I had to walk out of the restaurant because he was being so rude and nasty.

Very expensive. We paid 15 dollars for two tiny sandwiches. No drinks. No chips. We should’ve gotten mediums, but that would’ve cost even more. Not worth the price. Decent sandwich tho

i’m a door dasher and when i went in to pick up someone’s order they said they don’t have it but after asking around, it turned out they already made it but gave it to someone else. They keep their doordash orders behind the counter (which is already bad because on doordash they’re listed as a restaurant where the orders are supposed to be on a shelf) so clearly an employee physically handed it off to the wrong person so after they told me that it seemed like no one wanted to help further or even pay me any attention. i was still standing there waiting for a response or anything really but they just didn’t pay me any attention because they didn’t want to deal with the problem they, THEMSELVES, created. so i asked if they could remake it because they gave it to the wrong person and i had my phone pulled up with the proof that I am picking up for this dash but they didn’t care so he raised his voice and said “unless another ticket order comes through, i'm not making a sandwich just for free”. But really sir what you already did was give a free sandwich away without making sure you had all the facts. And he continued to say that if i have a problem i need to contact support because he can’t help me. And support said they need to remake it but the manager still refused so doordash was forced to cancel the order so i only got half the pay and the customer never get her sandwich. This was completely UNACCEPTABLE and ever since then I always reject doordash orders for this specific fire house subs on outer loop because it’s very clear that none of the like 7 people working that day gave a care in the world that THEY MESSED UP. Terrible customer service. Even worse management.

Walked in to get a sub and there was only two people working. Was not looking forward to the wait since there was a line. Lady checking out was polite and even though there was a wait it was one of the best Firehouse subs I've had.

Been sitting here for 29 mins now waiting on my sandwich. There's 5 people in the restaurant and they've been waiting longer than me. Absolutely ridiculous for a damn sandwich. This place needs to be shut down. The workers could care less and they coughing out into the open without covering their mouths. Took me a total of 35 mins to get one sandwich. Will never return to this location

EDIT AFTER COMMENT FROM OWNER: I contacted Firehouse support the very day this happened. They have done absolutely zero to rectify the situation. Just let this place go out of business. The manager hates his life anyway and I doubt y’all pay a living wage.Been coming for a long time. Ordered a sub off the app, accidentally sent it to the wrong store. A mistake I have seen MANY times in my food service days. The restaurants I worked for have always honored the mistake. As it is very common. Don’t expect Firehouse to be forgiving of your mistakes. Ole Vance, the manager, don’t give two $&-ts about your mistakes. Don’t dare try to explain yourself.

Was having a very rough day, the kind where everything goes wrong. The staff were super kind and amazing, helped me in every way they could, and went above and beyond. Their kindness and service gave me the happiness and energy to get through the rest of my day, and I can't thank them enough. Anytime I'm in the area, I will be sure to stop by and get a sub, cannot recommend them more.

Have ordered twice the last few weeks through delivery app. And both times order is wrong. Most recently, I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch with extra bacon. You'd think with bacon in the name, you'd get some right? Wrong! Zilch, zero, nada! No bacon.

I went with a friend and we planned on using coupons because we had 2 separate orders anyways. The guy behind the register absolutely refused to allow us to use these coupons on separate orders because we came into the store together. He said no because it is 1 coupon per customer. Ok so I guess he didn't see 2 of us in front of him. Like are you serious. I get that you can't use more then one coupon per order but we had 2 separate orders. Needless to say I just tossed the coupons in the trash told them about themselves and left. We go into this place and spend money regularly without coupons. So I will make sure I find a new place to eat cause this guy is out of his mind and was so serious about it too. Like who does that!?

Used my entire lunch break waiting for 45 minutes for two sandwiches. 6 of the 7 orders in front of me were Door Dash orders. IF YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO MAN BOTH THE DINING ROOM AND DOOR DASH, THEN STOP DOING DOOR DASH ORDERS!!! You just lost a loyal customer to Jersey Mike’s which is just as close to my work as this place.
