Ordered 2 hook and ladders sandwiches for the BOGO special. I asked for everything to be put on the side besides the meat and cheese for one of sandwiches since I knew I'd be eating it later. Yet both sandwiches were fully made. Also for $9.00 I'd expect more meat on the sandwiches
They had a lot of orders due to the promo that took place on Tuesday.
I believe the team that was working 8/13/2024 handled things very well on getting the orders out. And remaining calm!

The staff was incredibly friendly. From greeting us immediately, being super helpful and cool with my wife and me being super picky. I mentioned that my wife is pregnant, and before I could even explain, they immediately knew we needed the meat double steamed and needed it gluten free. They weren't annoyed or made to look inconvenienced like so many other places are. I want to thank Vince and Naesha (I hope I am spelling that correctly) specifically, they were outstanding!
