First Watch: Shelbyville Rd

Great clean atmosphere. Server(s)could be more consistent with checking in on you. Food is great; however they do not toast English muffins and regular bread is not toasted to a light brown crisp. Ask if you want it browned.

Service and location is great. Parking is scarce on the weekends. Be patient!

Friendly and attentive staff, very clean and bright, live the aesthetic and atmosphere. Everything I've had from the coffee to the traditional breakfast, it's all been really good.

Kid-friendliness: Very suitable for a toddler, The highchair was clean and fit well with the table.

The food is always good. My only complaint is they put the syrup container inside with your waffle or pancakes. It's not that sanitary to me. The outside of those containers are dirty so I just don't want that thrown on top of my food.

11/4......Gave you guys another shot on my to-go order and all three containers we put directly on my waffle again. I have a hard time understanding how this is the procedure that is taught to the employees. I won't...
