My husband and I ate here last night and we waited over 20 minutes to get our burgers and fries. They were not busy but the staff was standing around talking. Another lady was waiting also and when she was leaving she said she would not be back. The girl that handed me our food was beyond rude and she shoved the bag at me. I thanked her and she never acknowledged it. We also will never go back
I live out of town and we don't have a Five Guys, so I get so excited when I come to Louisville to get my fix! However, I will make it a point to go out of my way to not visit this location anymore. I try to do the smart thing and order online to save time and everytime I do, they never prioritize my order and make me wait as if I haven't even ordered it yet but they make sure to take care of the door dash drivers who come in. We all got to pick when we wanted to eat last night...2 of us picked Five Guys...They got so sick after eating their burgers!!! 16.09 for 2 burgers and 2 kids woke up vomiting and sick to their stomachs!!! Don’t recommend this location! Oh well live and learn! 🤷🏻♀️
