Stopped in for Burger Week. I have lived in Louisville my whole life and this was my first visit to Logan St Market. Very cool place to have a pop-up and the burger was amazing! I spoke with a couple who said FOTB has excellent food and I agree from my only experience. Will definitely go back for more.
I ate here when they first opened and was not a fan but here lately i gave it another shot and omfg it is so lit. Do you like the sides at Gogi? If so, just know that the bowl toppings are very similar. Everything tastes delicious. I wish the hours were different at logan street though

This spot is located in the Logan Street Market. We placed our order at the counter and they they gave us a pager. There is common area seating inside and outside. My mom had the spicy salmon poke bowl with spicy cucumber, regular cucumber, warm noodles, and yum yum sauce. I ordered the ahi tuna kimchi, pickled radish, edamame, ginger with fries rice.
