This is my favorite meat market. The owner & his wife r the sweetest people & they help us wit any meats we need. Even if they don't have it in stock that day. They will order wat u need & slice it up 4 u at no extra cost. I've been a customer 4 about 3 yrs now & will continue 2 b. Thanks Galan's!!!!
Rib tips taste like they were boiled, no smoke taste at all, the bbq sauce not sticking to the ribs.
