First of all, we are not even sweets eaters. But, after our recent trip to Italy for the first time, we have been longing for authentic gelato. Stopped in tonight to get some to go, honestly was trying to keep my hopes reasonable. Bought mint choc chip, salted caramel and orange creamsicle. Tried two and oh my!!! The creamy texture and flavors took us right back! Love this place and will return!

Honestly, probably one of the best gelato places I have ever been to, including places in Italy. Had the banana pudding and my wife had strawberry sorbet. Both were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

Love this gelato place but wish they would use paper cups and wooden spoons instead of plastic. Caffe Classico serves Gelato Gilberto gelato in these cute paper cups and it’s so much better than plastic! I also wish their store had some music or something playing inside.

The best gelato in the city! If you have the chance to sign up for one of their gelato make and take classes, do it. This is an amazing hands-on experience with plenty of tasting opportunities!
Justin and Kristin are so friendly and we all really enjoyed hearing about their unique experiences living in Italy as they taught the class how they make their gelato, step by step with this hands-on experience.
We made strawberry basil balsamic gelato, and also got to taste strawberry mascarpone and fragola sorbet for this class, and got to take home a pint of the flavor we made in the class.
Don’t miss out on their next opportunity to meet them and taste their amazing gelato. It’s the best way to spend an evening and makes a great date night activity!

The gelato was delicious. So many amazing flavors. Evelyn and Rowan were very helpful with suggestions. I ended up getting a mix they called Samoa (coconut, sea salt/caramel, & coffee). It was the perfect combination.

It was our first time trying Gelato Gilberto. It was absolutely perfect. You can mix two flavors if you can't decide. Super affordable compared to other ice cream places, it cost less for three people to get ice cream than it does at dairy Queen. See you again soon Gelato Gilberto 😁
