The food is good but the rolls ans sashimi do not taste fresh and have an very fishy taste and aroma like they used some fish they should have thrown out. Sashimi was also very tough. Hopefully a one off. Their thai food and Chinese food are very good though

Great food, fresh and high quality. I have ordered their fantastic lunch specials many times - the Hibachi filet lunch is fabulous. Sushi and sashimi are super fresh and delicious! Salads, soups and their special rolls are some of the best I’ve had in Louisville. Staff is friendly and service is quick. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and I highly recommend Ginza for any occasion!

Not alot of places like this left in Louisville. The service was great, the guys behind the sushi bar were happy and laughing while they worked and that postivity showed in their food. Had a salad, red snapper, octopus, a loaded salmon roll, and a filet mignon roll. Fresh, fair portions for a little over $30. Most places would charge 18 just for the filet roll. That paired with the diverse menu means ill definitely be back
