I absolutely love Graeter's black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. IYKYK. My family buys their black raspberry chocolate chip cake every year for birthdays. That cake has drastically decreased in size and quality and has also dramatically increased in price over the years. I don't understand how you can mess up chocolate cake? The whipped cream icing is also subpar. It was such an integral part of our birthday experience, but we will no longer be spending $40 (used to be $20) for a smaller worse tasting cake.

Delicious ice cream with spectacular service. I was allowed to try as many flavors as I wanted. Which included the following: Midnight snack- surprisingly tied for favorites. Ice cream with pretzels, brownies and peanut butter cups. Coffee- I was warned that the coffee flavor was strong but I loved it. Chocolate chip mocha was similar to coffee ice cream with chocolate pieces. It had huge chunks of chocolate which made it surprisingly better. Pumpkin- I settled on pumpkin ice cream with a sprinkled and chocolate rim cone. There were so many great flavors I honestly couldn't decide. Coconut chocolate chip- my wife's choice. which I usually don't like but it was decent. Fantastic ice cream parlor. Will visit again.

My wife and I visited last night for a sweet treat after date night. We were greeted with a wide variety of flavors, so many it was hard to choose! We both ended up with milkshakes that were delicious. Not only were the flavors delicious and reason enough to come back, but the staff were very kind too. It was close to 10pm when we went in, and there was a line. But Abby served us cheerfully with a smile, enthusiasm, and answered all our questions! It was such an excellent experience!

Graeter's ice cream is amazing and how these kids keep their composure at times is beyond me!!! They are always polite and give great service even when a customer is being a jackazz. Lady in front of me ordered a malt and went nuts when the girl handed her one. "What is this?! I said milkshake and you made a malt!" Ummm... No Mam! I heard you say malt to this poor girl and I will personally (and kindly) dump it over your head if you continue to scream at this adolescent who is profusely apologizing to you for making you a malt when you ASKED FOR ONE! Poor girl. Treat ALL people with kindness and even if they made a mistake, she's offering to make you another one right away. Lort help me! Anyway - great flavors and good service. This location has been here FOREVER!!!
Graeter's ice cream is pure indulgence! Creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The variety is fantastic, and the quality is unmatched. Every scoop is a delightful treat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have a Graeter's where we live around Pittsburgh, PA and we were happy to find our favorite place for ice cream. It's really good stuff, lots of flavors, and other things to get too. We were in Louisville, KY this time and this was about a mile from where we stayed at the Hampton Inn Louisville Northeast. It's tricky to find because it's situated in a side of the road shopping center location, but don't give up. Graeter's has a nice history you can read about on the wall, a friendly staff, it's clean, neat, and you can dine-in but you can take your treat to go too. This particular location was 9430 Brownsboro Road. There are others.
