My wife and I visited last night for a sweet treat after date night. We were greeted with a wide variety of flavors, so many it was hard to choose! We both ended up with milkshakes that were delicious. Not only were the flavors delicious and reason enough to come back, but the staff were very kind too. It was close to 10pm when we went in, and there was a line. But Abby served us cheerfully with a smile, enthusiasm, and answered all our questions! It was such an excellent experience!
Graeter's ice cream is amazing and how these kids keep their composure at times is beyond me!!! They are always polite and give great service even when a customer is being a jackazz. Lady in front of me ordered a malt and went nuts when the girl handed her one. "What is this?! I said milkshake and you made a malt!" Ummm... No Mam! Delicious ice cream with spectacular service. I was allowed to try as many flavors as I wanted. Which included the following: Midnight snack- surprisingly tied for favorites.
