I ordered a birthday cookie cake to be picked up on July 1st at 12pm. I ordered the cake a week in advance. When I showed up to pick up the cake, the worker told me she hadn't started on it. She said that she just arrived at the store at 12pm. Um... if your store opens at 11am, and you have an order due at 12pm, why are you arriving to work an hour late? Apparently the employees here only show up when they feel like it and there's no real schedule for when this store is open/operating. I'm so disappointed.

The staff was extremely helpful in correcting a mistake made by us! I appreciate the willingness and desire to make sure that evey customer leaves happy! It's rare to see such great customer service these days!! Kudos to the three working on Saturday June 1st during the early afternoon!! You saved our niece's big day!!

Camren always treats us so good! My boys love going to see “the cookie lady.” She did a last minute cookie cake for my nieces birthday. The store is always so clean and with a great selection of items!

Been occasionally buying cookies at the J-Mall location for 20+ years. Great Peanut Butter Cookie. Chocolate Chip, Maple and Chocolate very good. Best if you can catch them warm. Staff generallyO.k Not overly friendly. Dont recall any issues. Selection seems down when I visited recently. Maybe because business is down in Jmall. A bit pricey. But, bottom line...the cookies are very good.

Cookies are always great but there is not always someone manning the store. I wouldn't be mad if they would put up a sign saying they will be back and when. When I worked at the mall we got in trouble every time the store didn't have any employees in it during the hours that the mall is open.

Staff is extremely rude ! My box that I had pre order was ready in the corner and she still demanded I got in the line .. it had already been paid for and everything ! It would’ve only taken her 1 second to hand it to me but she made a big scene about it… not returning again, why would I order ahead of time and even prepay if I still have to get in line ? The purpose of going through all that is to get them on time for whatever activity you need them for !!! I was late to where I needed to be and she wasn’t even nice when I finally got them … she said she was “busy” but she wasn’t the only one there and she still manage to have the time to be loud and yelled in front of everyone! So disappointed… it was my first time there too !
