Tried to order through door dash literally when they opened. It was cancelled 45 minutes later and when we called customer service (which goes to an 800 number, not the actual place) we were told they don't have any cooks working today... What the heck?! Why are they even open?? Also menu is extremely similar to The Big Melt... Are they the same cloud kitchen??
