The chicken was good and freshly made, with a little spicy to it.
The reason it did not make a 5 star review is because of the size and price. I almost always make my own food at home so I am very familiar with how large chicken legs and thighs should be, what they are serving is extra small pieces.
Second is price. Cheapest things I can think of in this world are chicken, beans, and sliced white bread. At this place those 3 things will cost you $15 which makes no sense.
So overall the food was good, but I will NOT return and spend my cash. I was hungry after a 2 piece meal, which never happens when I eat 2 pieces of air fried chicken at home with a single scoop of beans.

They really are the National Fried Chicken champions, we checked the website for confirmation 🤣🤣 if that's not enough to sell you, idk what is!! So crispy, so juicy, so flavorful every. single. time. The yummiest fried chicken that my husband and I have ever had 🍗
If you dont like spicy food dont eat it, the chicken was cooked fresh, great side options, and a friendly staff.
Delicious gluten-free fried chicken. Ask to omit the standard white bread that accompanies the meal.
Total win! Great juicy fried chicken with just the right amount of spicy to bring out the flavor without the burn. Sides were freshmade and delicious as well. We tried the baked beans, potato salad and coleslaw. The baked beans and potato salad were standouts. Chess pie also delicious with a great flaky crust.

I ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes, and 3 Piece White with Seasoned Fries and Baked Beans. When our server said everything is made to order, he wasn't kidding. Everything came out hot and fresh. The fried green tomatoes were incredible; the best I've had! The chicken had eye-popping taste. My friend and I both stopped after our first bite to exclaim how great the flavor was. The skin is super crispy, the chicken it tender and juicy, and it's seasoned with a memorable heat that isn't hot for the sake of being hot. I recommend getting honey on the side to dip your fried chicken in. It enhanced my whole experience.
The service was even better than the chicken, which had set a super high bar. Our server was incredibly helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. Our server set the stage by telling us the fried chicken is a 5/10 on heat level, and the tenders are 2/10. All of his recommendations were spot on, and he checked on us often. The atmosphere is relaxed and let's the chicken and service do the talking. I loved my experience here, and would absolutely eat here again.

AMAZING gluten free fried chicken. Potato salad was also delicious. Baked beans were okay. But the fried chicken was the BEST. I would drive all the way back to Louisville from Chicago for the fried chicken.

Best fried chicken in Louisville, KY. They fry it to order, not sitting under a heat lamp, juicy, tender, cooked just right, and the batter has a little heat, not much at all just enough to give it awesome flavor. Potato salad = delicious
Collard greens = on fire, so good
Cole slaw = delicious and got some crunch because it's fresh and not over-mayo'd.
Ate here twice while in town for work, if I lived in Louisville I'd probably eat here a couple times a month if not once a week.

Very ignorant management! They gave my order to the wrong delivery driver and then claim it’s my fault. The store manager is an extremely ignorant person who gets condescending when you complain about them screwing up an order. They don’t even attempt to apologize for their mistake or make it right! Definitely need to retrain their “management”

Very good food. Best chicken in Louisville. The service is as well great and they never have a long wait. We have been many times and have nevwr been dissapointed. The mac and cheese is good as well.
