First, the restaurant is pleasantly decorated, counter service and both the owners are super friendly. They have eight tables. We ordered two dishes, dined in; 1) Singapore Mei Fen or 星州米粉 deserves great mark, I have been to Singapore multiple times and had this numerous times, it's remarkably close. 2) Hunan Triple, very taste and has a mild sauce, I'm sure they can spiced it up for you, this dish won't disappoint you. We also had hot Chinese jasmine tea, they actually use loose leaf tea, not tea bags! Perfect for the dishes. We arrived at 6:30pm on a Monday, busy with carry outs orders. 3 tables were occupied. I would dine in again next time, your dishes will be better right off the wok. Very clean restrooms. From outside, inside, service, people, this is a 5-STARS.

Best fast food Chinese in the city always made fresh when you order. I love their hot and sour soup, veggie fried rice and crab Rangoon. Everything I have ordered is wonderful

Have been going to Happy Dragon for around six years. They have never gotten our order wrong. The food is always very hot, even after we drive 20 minutes home. The food is better than most, maybe better than the rest!! Food is always ready for pickup when we phone in our order, dine in is always super fast from order to table! Quality to price is on spot. Very friendly lady who seems to do everything up front.

They cancelled our online order because they would not accommodate my wife’s seafood allergies and when I questioned them about as to why they guy on the phone says he doesn’t really have anything to say it’s the owners who are making the call and he doesn’t have any say in the matter first and last time we will order from this place worst service provided

I had the garlic chicken large size with white rice. Good food portion, great taste, not too spicy, meat was better quality than some places, prepared quickly. Will go again if in area.

Had the Mongolian beef and wonton soup. The beef - what you could find among the onions - was a weird grayish color, and the sauce was super watery and lacked flavor. Probably the worst noodle to soup ratio I've ever had in wonton soup, and the noodles that were there were sad and disintegrating. If you want to overpay for bad Chinese food, this is the place for you.
