Happy Dragon is the best Chinese food I have found in Louisville. I have to travel around the city often for work, and I'm always excited when my work brings me to Taylorsville Road, since I know it means I'll get to have some great food. Try out the Bourbon chicken, bamboo chicken, or ask for an extra spicy combo lo mein, you won't regret it.
