Walking through the door, can say the door the restaurant was very clean and the young man was very polite making my sandwich food was fresh hot and delicious. Notice an older woman training two young females. The problem I have is the way the older woman was talking to the young females. With a loud tone and not explaining what should be done in the work place but loudly telling them what they better do unless! Ordered from DoorDash. Missing chips. Missing cookie. Missing extra meat. Toasted so hard I couldn’t eat half the bread. Do better. This isn’t hard
My best piece of advice is not to order online from this store!! Our order is never ready at the quoted time - and moreover, it’s not accurate. When you pay extra for additional protein, you expect to receive it. Well, don’t. It’s a shame, as this location is very convenient to our home, but has to be the worst. If you visit, make sure expectations are low, and only make orders in person. Consistently under-staffed.

Despite being short-staffed, the manager handled the situation professionally and the service was quick and friendly. Online orders are ready on time and accurate. One customer had a notably good experience with a kind blonde lady who made their sandwich extra special. The Tyler Center location is clean and welcoming, making it a recommended choice for a fast meal.
