Heine Brothers Coffee - Blankenbaker

I am currently in town from North Carolina and am always looking for a nice place for a coffee. I decided on Heine Brother and I clearly made the right choice. The decor was very welcoming and comfortable and things were spaced well enough that you did not feel like other parties we in your conversations. I decided on a white chocolate mocha and a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. The coffee was very good very good and did not seem to have a high acid content. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu and offered recommendations. I definitely enjoyed my visit and if you find yourself in the area looking for a comfortable place to enjoy a good coffee either alone or with a group of friends I absolutely recommend checking them out.

They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

I walked into Hein Brothers Coffee for the first time, and the space immediately felt warm and welcoming. There’s plenty of seating, making it a great spot to work from—especially on a rainy day. I love that they’re service dog friendly, and the parking right in front of the shop is very convenient. I tried their ice caramel coffee for my first visit, and it did not disappoint! Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Very slow and refused to make dietary accommodations even though It was very possible and very easy. I’ve had other locations do it with no problem. Disappointing a “hipster” establishment is so unaccommodating towards things such as dietary restrictions, I just want to enjoy my experience like everyone else.

Walk into an empty coffee shop, not busy at all. Order a coffee and they forget my coffee. I mean…

Scones were fresh and delicious! I feel like “real” coffee shops should always have dark roast brewed at least on weekend mornings or available for pour over.

Nice place. It seems to be the hangout for the men's Bible study groups. Might have something to do with the mega church across the street. Great place and the service is awsome!!

Always a good experience here. I order from the app pick up through drive thru sometimes I pick up inside. Friendly staff! I always get the midnight mocha tumbled espresso with salt on mine!! It's soo good and my husband likes it too

I was around his place for my son's school event and found this place to connect and complete some office work. It was an afternoon, so not a lot of crowd, quiet, and the shop's Wi-Fi helped me connect and complete some work. I ordered a morning bun and a whole milk latte. Both the bun and coffee were fantastic; I loved the combo. Actually, the morning bun was very delicious with the right amount of sweetness and caramelized sugar on top. If you are a person who enjoys some acidity in bitter coffee and a sweet side, this is the place for you. I enjoyed it. #coffee #Sweet #Coffeeshop

Love this place!! The coffee is always yummy. They were playing some calming LOTR soundtrack which was really nice and unique.
