Heine Brothers Coffee - Blankenbaker

I love the Highlands location. And the one near Poplar Level. But the staff at St. Matthews/Chenoweth is RUDE! Will not be back.

I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.

Love your coffee! It is really good! Keep it going Heine Brothers!

This Heine Brothers location is my happy place. I have spent so many hours sipping my coffee, poring over schoolwork, and people-watching/eavesdropping. The conversations one overhears in this place could fill a book. I have caught snippets of philosophical debates, theological discussions, innovational ideas, creative epiphanies, and laughter. When I'm in this place, I feel like important things are happening in the world and I am in the middle of it. Aside from the demographic atmosphere, the interior is comfortable, with ample space to spread out and convenient seating for collaborating or working alone. Anybody in Louisville who knows what's up will agree that the coffee is magnificent at Heine Brothers. Enough said. But the particular difference of this Heine Brothers is the unusual kindness of the baristas. They are consistently joyful and friendly. It would be so easy for them to be disengaged or rude on a busy weekday morning, but they never are. In particular, Griffen and Caleb have made a point of remembering our names and our orders, and my siblings and I are always met with patience and kindness. I hope they will never let anyone's bad attitude put out their light, because it has made such a difference.

I stop by the store on Frankfort Ave Louisville ky to get my coffee at 3.25 pm employee name will told me he is about to close and he is not able to take any orders Store hours showing close at 7 pm and all doors unlocked and there is still customers setting inside This is unprofessional and if you plan to close lock the doors and put sign on the window

Idcsaybthus place us average nothing great in my opinion

The Heine App is a train wreck. I can't think of another retailer that has made such a poor job of rolling out new POS/App technology. And six months later still no fix. The staff are fed up with the technology that negatively impacts speed of service, significantly diminishes their tips and over-complicates each transaction. They tell me it was meant to be fixed in January, March and April, and here we are in May. This 15-year Heine devotee is jumping ship for other local options.

The guy at the drive thru selected the 20% tip and when he handed me the machine, probably thought I wouldn't notice and said 'i just need a signature right there's ? I'd have left more had you not tried that. So there's your tip
