Heine Brothers Coffee - Fern Creek

They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

I love and highly recommend the iced sugar cookie latte with cold foam and the iced honey matcha latte w/ vanilla syrup!!! The baristas are always so helpful in customizing the drinks to my liking.

I love the Highlands location. And the one near Poplar Level. But the staff at St. Matthews/Chenoweth is RUDE! Will not be back.

Horrible customer service. Cannot treat customers with respect.

This is the third time we have come to this Heine Brothers location. Heine Brothers is always our first choice for fast coffee but this “Tiny Heine” location has had issues every time.

Each time we have had to wait for a drink to be remade because they gave us the wrong drink even though we mobile ordered and it has clear instructions.

And this time the drive thru worker had such strong scented lotion on that it is all over our drink lids from them handing it to us. We will be putting these drinks in different cups when we get home. So don’t even get to drink them after we just got them.

Needless to say, the “Tiny Heine” in Fern Creek needs to work on their service. Can’t believe it’s been bad three times.

I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.

Decent local place. Beats Starbucks. I like their play on words for the beverages. Prices are ok. The tea and latte that we ordered were good. Thank you!

We had the iced dirty chai and caramel vanilla latte. Great. Delicious. Perfectly prepared.

My coffee was good but the breakfast burrito was gross. At least the cinnamon roll was ok. I'll come back for the coffee but not the food.

Hands the the best cold brew I have ever tried! I moved here from Los Angeles, CA a few years back and this coffee beats all others. Not even upset that they got my order wrong, it's too delicious to be upset. Starbucks will never get a penny of my money again lol! 🩷
