They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

Popped in for a smoothie and chips to cool off. It was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome, and so was my smoothie. I didn't get a receipt, so I don't know who was working, but both employees were super nice and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it was clean and airy. If you do use the bathroom however, although it is clean. It felt like a sauna. Overall, we had a great experience.

I'm a coffee lover. I travel all around the country trying various coffee shops. The customer service was a 0. I walked up and the guy with the large eyes. He just stood at the register and stared at me for two minutes without saying one word until I asked him if they spoke to their customers around there. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. My coffee drink tasted like pure milk. I would give the entire experience a O if I could. I'm glad I was just passing through to my next destination. ✌🏽 #DoBetter #FindBetterHelp

Only the drink part of our online order came through. The staff remedied the situation promptly but was disappointing that drinks went though but breakfast sandwiches were not received. Food/drinks were good though.

You have to enter the main building to enter the coffee shop which can be confusing.

Heine Brothers on Main Street has become my post-workout sanctuary. The staff is always so friendly — most mornings they already know my order before I say a word, which makes me feel like a true regular. The coffee is hands-down my favorite in town, and there's something perfect about taking it out to the front patio with my laptop. Between the great people, the vibe, and that first sip of coffee, it’s the highlight of my day. Can’t recommend this spot enough!
