i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

Used my free drink card for an Americano and thank God it was free because the proportions were off. Either too much water, not enough espresso, or the coffee gods simply weren’t in alignment that day.
