Heine Brothers Coffee - Hikes Point

I love the Highlands location. And the one near Poplar Level. But the staff at St. Matthews/Chenoweth is RUDE! Will not be back.

I have become a regular of the Bardstown Road location in Louisville. The coffee and the food is always consistently good but It is the constant, great customer service that keeps bringing me back. I wish I could send this with all of the staff names that treat me so great but unfortunately, I do not know all of their names. Jess is one that truly stands out. Even if she is not working the window, if she hears my order over the speaker she makes it a point to say, hey. It is obvious that she is sincere about making sure the customers have a great experience.

Happy to have a locally-owned coffee shop nearby. Always pleasant staff.

I love supporting local as opposed to Starbucks, especially Heine Brothers because there's so many things they do in and for the community.
However... They need to replace some of the furniture in, It's all ripped up and falling apart
But the drinks and food are always on point

If you are trying to get away from the big box brand coffee shop this place had great coffee and good service. It’s a little pricey and you have to fill out the tip kiosk every time but overall a good local branded coffee shop.

All is great. Though the seats are hard wood uncomfortable. I prefer a cozy atmosphere in coffee shops. Though they have a couple of booths.

I stop by the store on Frankfort Ave Louisville ky to get my coffee at 3.25 pm employee name will told me he is about to close and he is not able to take any orders Store hours showing close at 7 pm and all doors unlocked and there is still customers setting inside This is unprofessional and if you plan to close lock the doors and put sign on the window

First time inside this place. Seems very chill, and accommodating for many purposes of visiting. Asked for a caramel machiatto....guy said they didn't have those but referred a vanilla caramel latte....it was way different but still good. The best thing is that this place directly opposes a Starbucks across the rd...and.i love that juxtaposition from local to chain.... I'll always choose Heine bros over Starbucks! I will be back of course
