They will not redeem your rewards points!! When you asked for help your told they can’t do nothing go the website that does not exist! Over 1900 in rewards points! That’s how much money I have wasted at Heine brothers! You lost my business! I’ll go back to starlight! Thank you for your crappy customer service

i never write these posts but i had to shout out Russell and Simra/Samra (unsure of the spelling). They work at the Fern Creek location and really helped turn my bad day around today!! they went out of their way to make sure that i was okay and even gave me a free drink when they didn’t need to. this location is so far out of the way for me but because of their service and warm personalities i will be back!! please somebody make sure they see this

My first visit. I most definitely will return. Great coffee and breakfast sandwich. Muffins were a little small for the price so I didn't buy one.

I absolutely love coming to the hikes point location it's also my first always go 2 spot on the way to the fertility clinic with my wife when we have appointments early in the morning
We can always enjoy grabbing some breakfast wraps and our morning coffee on the way it's the perfect start to our mornings :)

I love the Banana Chiberg drink 🍌 It’s a blended drink made with an authentic chai, milk, whole banana and topped with whipped cream. The lemon poppy muffin is delicious too!
