They CAN omit disgusting cilantro if you ask... but it would be far better if they just didn't automatically add cilantro UNLESS requested to add it... 20% of the population cannot stand the disgusting taste of cilantro

This is a local cozy brunch place. The biscuits are absolutely fabulous. Best I've had in I don't know when. Must have it with the sausage gravy. They balance each other out well flavor wise. I'm typically not a big fan white sausage gravy (I can take it or leave it) but this was an exception.
My friend had pancakes which were big, fluffy and delicious....the berry filled ones on their menu.

Highland Morning had a wonderful menu with many unique items to choose from. The food was very tasty. The waitstaff was very attentive; atmosphere awesome. I would definitely go back.
