So good! I'm am so, do glad we have an official Ramen spot here in Louisville! And it's located in the south end, in the Colonial Gardens to boot!

If you're fan of beef, you can't go wrong getting the Spicy Rib ramen. I like my bowl extra spicy with an extra marinated egg.

I would stay away from the seafood bowl even if you're a seafood lover. It was bland in my opinion. No amping of soy sauce on the table could save the watery soup-base.

The best thing hands down, or up... is no matter which soup-base you choose, the stringy, chewy noodles will hit all the right spot!

I ordered through DoorDash for pickup.

When I got to the restaurant I noticed that I was charged much more on DoorDash than what their menu prices are. I was charged $5 extra on a single bowl of ramen and $2 extra for every sushi roll. I picked up my order. I just threw $11 into the wind to save this establishment from having to pay their own DoorDash fees.

I find this unethical. There is no indication on the app that you might save money by ordering through them directly. Why do I need to pay $19.50 for a bowl of ramen because I ordered through DoorDash and I picked up my own damn order when the price is $14.50 in store? What additional value is being provided here? I could have just called them and placed the order thereby saving myself the money

To top it off, I asked for extra pickled ginger and was told it would be $1. I have never been so nickel and dimed by an establishment before this.

I will absolutely not be back nor can I recommend that others go.

Also the rolls are tiny.

Bad service and they stole from me. A random charge of $29.68 was added to my card after I paid for my food. I called to fix the problem and they claimed they only charged me once, despite my bank statement having two separate charges from them. They refused to do anything to resolve the issue and didn’t even simply apologize or acknowledge the problem. They tried to argue it was an accidental double charge (while also denying that there was more than one charge) but the two amounts charged to my card were not the same number. Our server was unwelcoming and inattentive, and clearly not trustworthy either. Will never be back.

The food was good but the service was meh. The chicken karaage was crispy with good flavor and I really liked the sauce. I got the garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was good flavor for its price.

Went with a group of people and the server ( Mia ) had a bit of an attitude. She looked annoyed at us when we requested for extra sauce, even when we were okay with paying extra, or when we were trying to exclude certain ingredients from our order due to dietary restrictions. She came over to ask us if we were ready for the check about 25 minutes into the meal. We said not yet since half of us were still eating, but she came over a couple minutes later with the bill anyways. Overall, just seemed really pushy and trying to get us out of there.

I've had nearly everything on their menu by now and it has all been fantastic. The standout items for me are the Tonkotsu Shoyu, Chicken Curry, Takoyaki, Pork Chashu Don, and Kumquat Lemon Bubble Tea.

The service is always very friendly and polite and the dining room is clean, bright and comfortable.

I can't possibly recommend this place enough.

It's my first time trying this place people amazing, food really delicious ? will came here often really good place the taste of the ramen are really good if you want to really try something new or ramen and sushi this is the place really recommend to came here.
