The burgers were just Okay and fries were hot and room temp. The soda machine wasn't working, Brisk Tea was empty and the iced tea had an old/almost sour taste. We won't be back to this one.

I ordered a giant pork fritter sandwich, fries and a large vanilla shake. The sandwich was something like fried mystery meat definitely not pork. The fries were soggy and mainly in the bottom of the bag. The shake was foam filled 3/4 of the way full . It was a disgusting disappointment. Lesson learned.

I think my expectations were too high. This is what I call "one" and done." I ate the chili cheese dog and some fries (too greasy) while I was there. I took pictures of my food at the restaurant. I tried to eat the mushroom and swiss burger for dinner, but the burger was dry, and something left an aftertaste in my mouth. I threw the burger and fries away. The customer service was good. Although I explained that I was using a Groupon $20 and dining alone, which was more than my burger meal so I asked to add a chili cheese hotdog. Well, he added a chili hmcheese hot dog meal and gave me two fries and two drinks. Remember, I'm dining alone, so I ended up paying over the $20 Groupon, which defeated the purpose of me saving money.

Had the food truck today and wasn’t impressed at all. Not the same Home Run Burger that I have had in the past.

Best service by far

Was one step up from McDonald’s. It’s supposed to be like a five guys. It was somewhat dirty and the food wasn’t as good as five guys.

Only reason I tried is because I bought a $30 half off voucher through WDRB's Be Our Guest and was in town. I went to the Cardinal Blvd location. The employees said the coupon was invalid so I had to pay $33 cash for a terrible meal. The food tasted like it was cooked in dirty grease and I can't even describe what the salad looked like. I've never seen anything like it before. The workers were kind when spoken to. Meal was not worth $48 that it cost me.
