Homemade Ice Cream & Pie Kitchen

I was promised a strawberry cake for my wife’s birthday. Because there was none in stocked when I came in at 12:00pm. was told there would be a cake for me at 5 or 5:30. So I came after work and was told they didn’t have it prepared and they could sell me the strawberry cake in slices.If I would have known this was going to happen, I would’ve went somewhere else.Now gotta rush to find my wife a birthday cake. Because of their failed promised.

The oreo ice cream was good. The chocolate iced brownie was amazing. Servers are learning, so be patient. Recommended.

as for the good stuff:the chess & chocolate chess pie was delicious. albeit nearly $7 a slice.but, food costs are rising so i understand that completely.the bad stuff:the whole place smelled like bleach. but, didn't look very clean.and the entire staff was standoffish , rude , and dismissive.for 5 employees working and every one of them to not want to be there and ACT like it is remarkable.the customer service here used to be so much better.

We stopped on our road trip, and the manager was so kind to us. We told her we had never been, and she explained the types of pies and her recommendations. We walked away with 3 excellent slices of pie.

How are you a bakery but don't have chocolate or lemon meringue pie

Ordered a cake for a milestone birthday and it was NEVER made, they had a hard time even finding the hand written order.

went to the etown location the cake looked horrible the writing looked like a 5 year old did it!! if you don't have a baker there on Saturday then tell people so we can go someplace else. we ordered this cake a week in advance

There is much better locations of this place than the one on Dixie highway. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. I got a quart of ice cream and it was half field. When I've been there other times and they feel it all the way up to the top when you get a quart. Both girls gave me attitude when I asked him to fill it up to the top. Both girls working November 10th at 6:30 at night should be retrained or fired. They need to work on their customer service skills. And quit worrying about pushing their earbuds back in their ear. It's sad that this place cannot hire better people that have good customer service skills. It's a shame this is the first time I've ever had a problem at this location I will never be back. This place is never been this dirty either. I guess no one knows how to use a broom and clean up.

Beware if you order from the springhurst location. They have an ongoing habit of using the stale items for delivery orders. This is our third time of receiving stale cake and pie slices. They should be ashamed of themselves for cheating customers. The old stale items are sold on their discount table. We won’t be ordering or visiting their locations anymore! The Boston crème pie crème was so old it no longer was creamy! Beware!!!!

Just ordered from here on dd. First time trying it and both the chocolate cake & banana pudding were amazing. Will definitely be ordering again.

A young gentleman walked in 2 minutes before I did they took his order but when I walk in and said the they closed and wouldn't take my order but he's just walked into minutes before I did what make him any different than me..

The oreo ice cream and pecan pie IS SOOOOO GOOD! 10/10. The service was great, friendly employees
