Sankalp Louisville, located near Campbellsville University-Louisville Education Center, offers delicious South Indian and Mumbai Street food. The pav Vada and Dahi Vada were exceptional, Dosas were good, and the Sambhar was perfect. However, the butter idli was a disappointment. The restaurant has a nice bar and also serves Non-Veg food. The butter chicken was tender and flavorful, and the cheese naan was the best ever. Despite the limitation to wine and beer only, the overall dining experience was enjoyable and worth a return visit.
