We went for Lunch on a week day. Near empty. Opted for South Indian and Mumbai Street food, pav Vada.Pav Vada turn out unexceptional good. As a Mumbaikar will vote 6/5. Little baked fried bread layered inside with dry chuttent and tasty Vada.Dahi Vada was also very good.All three Dosas were good. Perfact Sambhar. But found both chutteny little bellow par for Sankalp standard.Butter idli were only flop dish. Several branches across India of Sankalap butter Idli is my favourite. Disappointed.They have nice Bar and serve Non Veg food too. May be a American Compulsion.Parking: Huge common parking.

We ate here for dinner earlier this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had butter chicken which was so tender and flavorful… just the perfect amount of spice. Probably the best cheese naan I’ve ever had. I was a bit confused about the inability to order mixed drinks given that the bar area displays several liquors. We were told wine and beer only, but that was fine. Will definitely be back!

Firstly, the ambiance was lacking. The decor seemed outdated and in need of a refresh. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to read the menu comfortably.Moving on to the food, I was extremely disappointed. The biryani, supposedly their specialty, was bland and lacked the rich flavors I was anticipating. The rice was overcooked, and the meat was tough and dry.The service was another letdown. Our server seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking forever to bring out our orders and forgetting basic items like water and utensils.To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant considering the subpar quality of the food and service.Overall, I left Sankalp Restarurent feeling unsatisfied and regretful of wasting my time and money. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an authentic Hyderabad dining experience.
