Great place for really good food. Had the fish dinner and was satisfied with the fish, the French fries, and the coleslaw was excellent. Not a fan of hush puppies but these were very good. Have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone who enjoys fish.
Parking: When they are busy, it is probably difficult to find a place to park without having to go into the residential areas around the restaurant/ bar.

Amazing seafood!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Get here early if you can, they may close a lil early, it just depends. Fish is always piping hot, and the homemade sauces are soooo good. The best in Louisville handsdown!!

Shrimp taco plate. Best shrimp tacos I've had in a while. This place has its own twist on flavors. There's nothing I can compare, too. It's worth trying, folks! Can't wait to go back and great service as well.

Stopped here for some seafood and was not disappointed. The shrimp were a great size, lightly battered, and had so much flavor. The fries were very good also. The owners were friendly and attentive. I love seafood and highly recommend this place.

Delishious. Super friendly and attentive service. I am from Boston and this clam chowder is very new england, rich, thick, and awesome. The shrimp and fries and coleslaw are all homemade and are fresh and very, very good. Will definitely be back.

Good basic fish house. I've never eaten anything less than tasty here, but fish nuggets are my go to. Bite size pieces of fish cooked just right. (They even reheat nicely in microwave if you're careful & use damp paper towel) I've been told fries are good, but I've never gotten past the onion straws. Hush puppies are little spicy but not too hot, with small pieces of jalapeno. Nice take on pups, food I usually don't eat. Everyone who works here always polite & helpful

everything was really good & fresh! their fries are the best in louisville. fried mushrooms & coleslaw were great. beware the hush puppies are actually jalapeño hush puppies (which it doesn’t mention on the menu) and are spicy. the waitress was very sweet and helpful with answering our questions :)

I had the blackened salmon plate which was wonderful.Seasoned perfectly and cooked just enough to maintain moisture. Cole slaw was just the right mix of a sweet mayo/vinegar.The hush puppies -2 had a nice kick and I got green beans rather than the fries which were super tasty. Partner had the fried cod platter.He too was very satisfied with meal.Good service, great food.Very reasonably priced. Not sure why this place wasn't more crowded on a Friday night.Check it out folks.5 stars ++++.

I placed a carry out on July 22,2022, my fish was very under cooked and this was the first time I was not satisfied with my order, Then on July 24,2022 i’ve got notification from my bank that the foreign lady they waited on me and a tip that I did not authorize because I had carried out and I went to the counter to get my own suit, On my receipt I put a zero where the tip was and she committed fraud and added a tip anyway. Just watch you receipt When you attend Hooked because they will put a tip on your receipt without you even knowing.

Challenging parking (very small lot, next to a Pub). Nice space, very seaside vibe, great service, clean and tidy. Several beers on tap. Mostly seafood plates/tacos/sandwiches, fried, blackened or grilled. Cod, shrimp, clams, scallops, and such. Large portions. Stand out dish were the hush puppies, delish! Was okay ... not sure I'll make a second trip.

Sadly, they were out of calamari and crab cakes :( But fish taco was very nice! Almost everything was very fried, and slight gut bomb. During the hour we were there, they ONLY played Taylor Swift songs, kinda funny. The best thing on the menu is the clam chowder, full of clams and a nice break from all the batter. Waitress was very nice and lots of drink refills, would definitely go again

Very disappointed. Poor food quality. This was my first experience with hooked on Frankfort and was excited to try. Had fish nuggets, over cooked, hard and tasted stale/old. Onion rings were limp and skinny. Won't go back.
