Nichole is one of the sweetest, kindest servers ever!
We wanted to share a sandwich and sides, so she asked the kitchen to evenly split everything on different plates for us.
The Papa Joe sandwich was so tasty, and it's the best German potato salad I've had in a long time.
Both the pickles and coleslaw had a great bite to cut though the rich sandwich.
It's a hidden gem in Louisville. No frills, just great food served by great people!
